Sciencescope –l’association des étudiants et chercheurs francophones au Japon, l’Ambassade de France au Japon et l’Institut français de recherche sur le Japon (MFJ, UMIFRE 19 MEAE-CNRS) ont le plaisir de vous annoncer qu’ils organiseront la Journée Francophone de la Recherche 2018 (JFR) le mercredi 12 décembre 2018, à la Maison Franco-Japonaise (MFJ) à Tokyo (Ebisu). Cet événement ouvert à tous, avec la participation du bureau de Tokyo du CNRS (Asie du Nord), la Chambre du Commerce et de l’Industrie France-Japon CCIFJ et les associations des anciens boursiers du gouvernement français ABC et ABSCIF, se déroulera autour d’exposés, de posters, ainsi que d’une table ronde commémorant les 15 ans du programme franco-japonais PHC SAKURA, et se conclura par une réception.
Depuis 1997, cette rencontre annuelle réunit la communauté de chercheurs et étudiants francophones établis au Japon, toutes disciplines et toutes nationalités confondues. L’objectif de la JFR est de permettre aux chercheurs, étudiants, ingénieurs, institutionnels, représentants d’entreprise ou toutes personnes intéressées de se rencontrer et d’échanger sur leurs activités au Japon. Nous vous invitons donc à présenter vos travaux, projets, ou simplement vous inscrire pour participer à cette journée. De plus, si vous ou vos collègues avez été bénéficiaires du programme PHC SAKURA, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter pour participer à la table ronde.
Plusieurs formats de contributions sont proposés, et les instructions aux auteurs sont disponibles sur la page web de JFR 2018 :
–exposés (environ 20 min) ;
–flash-talks (5 min) ;
–posters (format A0/A1, portrait).
Le comité d’organisation pourra éventuellement proposer des présentations rapides (flash-talks) à certains exposés suivant le nombre d’exposés total, leurs thématiques et l’avancement des travaux.
A partir de cette année, nous proposons également la possibilité aux intervenants des exposés qui le souhaitent de publier leur texte (20 000 signes maximum bibliographie incluse) sur un espace dédié du site web de Sciencescope.
L’inscription est gratuite et obligatoire et peut se faire dès maintenant en ligne via le site web de JFR 2018 jusqu’au jeudi 1er novembre 2018 (intervenants) ou lundi 03 décembre 2018 (auditeurs).

Call for Communications (presentation/
Sciencescope, the French Students and Researchers Organization in Japan, the Embassy of France in Japan and the French Institute for Research on Japan (UMIFRE 19 MEAE-CNRS) are organizing the French Research Day in Japan (Journée Francophone de la Recherche 2018, JFR) on Wednesday, December 12th 2018 at Maison Franco-Japonaise (MFJ), Tokyo (Ebisu). JFR 2018 is open to everyone, with the participation of the CNRS Tokyo office (North Asia), the CCIFJ, and the alumni organizations of French Government Scholarships ABC and ABSCIF. The JFR 2018 program will consist of several research presentations, posters and a panel for celebrating the 15 years of the French-Japanese program PHC SAKURA, and will be followed by a reception.
Since 1997, JFR is gathering yearly the community of students and researchers in Japan from all disciplines and citizenships. This event intends to promote research discussions among researchers, students, engineers, officials, company representatives or any interested person and to present their activities in Japan.
You are kindly invited to submit your research work or to register as an attendee to participate to JFR 2018. Furthermore, if you or your coworkers have been involved into the PHC SAKURA program, feel free to contact us to participate to the panel.
Several contributions are proposed and the authors’ instructions are available on the webpage of JFR 2018:
–Presentations (20min);
–Flash-talks (5 min);
–Posters (A0/A1, portrait).
The organizing committee could also propose flash-talks for some presentation proposals, depending on topics and work status (preliminary research work, etc.)
The registration is free and open to all, but it is mandatory and can be made online through the JFR 2018 website until Thursday, November 1st, 2018 (presenters) or Monday, December 03rd, 2018 (attendees).
